L2 data in the news and making news

NYTimes 2/26/16: “…while around 53 percent of nonblack voters were women in the 2012 general election, 61 percent of black voters were women, according to data from L2, a nonpartisan voter file vendor.”

AdAge 2/23/16: “Data firms, like L2, are “very influential on how they dictate the television aspects of the buys, said Tim Kay of NCC Media.”
