If you already have an account with L2 the process starts by resetting your password. Simply go to where it says “Reset Password” and click on it. Insert your username from your previous account and you should get an email back to reset your password.
Once you create your updated password login using your username and password. REMEMBER: USERNAMES AND PASSWORDS ARE CASE SENSISTIVE.
‘BUT I DIDN’T RECIEVE AN EMAIL’
If you don’t receive an email a few things might be true…
- You may not have a current L2 DataMapping account CLICK HERE
- You may need to update the email associated with your L2 account your L2 representative or email support@L2-data.com
‘I RECIEVED AN ERROR MESSAGE
Email support@L2-data.com and we’ll get it fixed. It’s possible your account expired before the end of 2021 in which case we’ll get your setup with a new account.
