New Universe Features!
Shared universes
Users can now share universes with all users in their customer accounts!
When a user shares one of their universes, this universe becomes available to all other users in their customer account. Other users can access this universe just like the owner, they can view the universe details, create an export, and transmit to third party applications using the integrations tab.
Icon | Universe share status | Universe owner | Explanation |
Not shared | Current user | The user has not shared their universe. Clicking on this icon will share the universe.
Shared | Current user | The user has shared their universe with others within their customer account. Users cannot share across accounts, and sharing a universe will make it available on all user accounts within the user’s customer account. Clicking on this icon will unshare the universe.
Shared | Other user | Another user within the current user’s customer account has shared this universe. Hovering over the shared icon will display the user account with which the universe is associated. |
Special characters in universe names
Delete universe from universes table
Users can now delete a universe from the main window by clicking the trash can icon at the end of the universe’s row.
When a user deletes a universe from this table, a confirmation message appears. The checkbox below the message allows users to disable the confirmation for the rest of their session if they want to delete a number of universes
