The battleground states of Florida, Virginia and North Carolina have updated their United States congressional district boundaries for 2016 and L2 has the changes. Since late last year L2 has been monitoring and adding both official and proposed boundary changes as they have become available. The screen shots from L2 DataMapping below show where these boundaries can be accessed:
Florida has updated both US House and state legislative districts. The changes took effect as of December 2015:
Virginia has updated it's US House districts with those changes taking effect in January 2016:
Several North Carolina districts were ordered to be redrawn in February 2016:
